Us Kiwis bloody love a good pie. 

Whether your hungover, sad or happy, you can find any excuse to tuck into a pie. 

To make your pie experience even better, you want to tuck into the tastiest pie out there. 

And last night's pie awards found just that. 

Patrick's Pies Cafe and Bakery in Bethlehem and Gold Star Bakery on Old Taupo Rd in Rotorua are both home to their owner, Patrick Lam's, roast pork and creamy mushroom pie.
