Ten years ago one of the biggest reality TV shows ('cuse the pun) was 'The Biggest Loser'.
Born in the USA, the show saw contestants compete in teams to lose the most amount of weight. The showed pulled in millions of viewers each week, and had multiple spin-offs around the world.
It was so popular that Australia adopted the show, with at least one success story coming out of the Aussie.
The winner of the show in its third series was Sam Rouen, who won when he was just 19-years-old.
He started the programme weighing 154.6 kg and by the end of his time on the show he had lost an incredible 71.7 kg.
Now ten years on, Sam has shared this transformation photo on Facebook and well the photo speaks for itself really:
Since his victory, Sam has been fit enough to be able to become a firefighter and has even been photographed for the New South Wales Firefighters calendar.
That's some seriously impressive stuff!
