Man Keeps Excel Log of Outfits Women Wear to Work and Creeps Them Out

One female Reddit user claims that a male employee has been keeping an Excel log of the clothing, shoes, and hairstyles 10-15 women in the office have sported to work every day for a year and a half.

Why? Your guess is as good as ours. 

Apparently the company’s HR department can’t fire him because he technically did nothing wrong other than be a creepazoid to his female co-workers. So, the freaked out females are close to quitting their jobs.

The woman who posted it on Reddit was desperate for answers on what she can do (besides quitting her job).

Some of the comments on the post include:

"I'm taking a wild guess that he is secretly a cross dresser with no fashion sense and he's just taking notes for inspiration."

"Not much you can do legally as it wouldn't fit into most legal definitions of harassment, even though it's certainly uncomfortable, bizarre, and inappropriate for any work purposes. However, I think your company could make a persuasive argument that he's spending too much company time on a detailed excel spreadsheet that has nothing to do with his duties."

"There is likely some back story here for which the full details have not been revealed. Responses to cases like this can be tricky...He may have a disability that you are not fully aware of. Being weirded out does not necessarily constitute a hostile work environment..."

"You could do what Daniel Radcliffe did to fuck with the paparazzi that kept hounding him - wear exactly the same outfit every day.
He might get bored of it."
