Show Quest is back for 2026

Get ready, Aotearoa… Show Quest 2026 is about to LIGHT 👏 UP 👏 the stage 👏

We’re beyond proud to be part of this epic nationwide celebration of creativity, where ākonga from Years 1–13 take over professional theatres and bring completely original productions to life. 

And when we say original, we mean it. From the first brainstorm to the final bow, it’s100% student led.

Every performance blend Art, Music, Dance, Drama, Culture and Technology into one powerful story chosen, created and performed by the students themselves.

🎤The ideas are bold. Talent is unreal. The energy? Next level. 😍

And yes… schools will battle it out for the trophy, judged by industry mentors so expect friendly rivalries, huge crowd moments and standing ovations. 

Oh, and did we mention it? Our Announcers Georgia and Brooke are BACK as MCs, hyping the crowd and bringing that chaotic-good energy there known for.🔥
