Kelly Osbourne has "the cancer gene" and plans to have preventative surgery.
Kelly's mother Sharon was diagnosed with colon cancer back in 2002 and she made the revelation on 'The Talk' as the hosts discussed Angelina Jolie's announcement that she has had her ovaries removed to prevent the onset of cancer.
