This new thriller is giving us SERIOUS Black Mirror vibes

If you loved Black Mirror, and want to know what the real-life version would be? This is for you.

Countdown is the latest thriller to give us literal nightmares. 

The synopsis says; "When a nurse downloads an app that claims to predict exactly when a person is going to die, it tells her she only has three days to live. With time ticking away and a figure haunting her, she must find a way to save her life before time runs out."

Um.... terrifying!

The film stars Elizabeth Dean Lail who you'll recognise from YOU, as the lead character Quinn who trys to stop the app. If it' anything like her previous work, we're pretty sure we'll be hooked from the beginning.

Countdown releases October 25 in the US, with no date yet for NZ.
