The lobby and main part of the hotel stay in one place, but you can DRIVE YOUR ROOM AWAY BECAUSE IT'S A FREAKING BOAT! Â
Not even kidding. Â And then you can park it back in the hotel at night or when you're done with it.

Ok, so it's still in the design phase right now, but it's already won big at the 2015 Millennium Yacht Design Awards, so surely it's only a matter of time before the 'Floatel' becomes reality.
