We've heard of men having wet dreams.
But who would have thought that women can also get frisky whilst sleeping?
According to sexologist Dr Jess O'Reilly, women can also experience wet dreams and sleeping in one certain position can make it more likely to occur.
Speaking to The Daily Star Online, Dr Jess said that although men are twice as likely to have an orgasm in their sleep than women, women can increase those chances by sleeping on their stomachs.
As well as the sleep position, age is also a factor for sleep orgasms.
Women experience orgasms whilst snoozing more frequently once they reach their 40s and 50s.
Also, you yourself may have experienced an orgasm in your sleep, as 40% of women have experienced at least one sleep orgasm in their lifetimes, but many can’t actually remember it as it was during their slumber.
