People Are Suing Starbucks for This Ridiculous Reason

So two people in California have gone and filed a lawsuit against Starbucks. The reason is pretty ridic...  it's all because they're not happy at Starbucks for under-filling their lattes.

The lawsuit has claimed that "Starbucks Lattes are approximately 25% underfilled" and that Starbucks is violating California's consumer laws of "negligent misrepresentation and fraud."

The plaintiffs, Siera Strumlauf and Benjamin Robles, frequently drunk Starbuck lattes, but have both said they never would have gotten their grande lattes from Starbucks  in the first place if had they known they would be underfilled.

The lawsuit states:

"This is a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of Starbucks Caffè Lattes, Flavored Lattes, Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Egg Nog Lattes, Skinny Lattes, Skinny Flavored Lattes, Vanilla Lattes, and Skinny Vanilla Lattes (collectively, "Lattes")
As self-proclaimed Starbucks Addictâ„¢, I have definitely picked up a latte and thought it felt a bit light. I understand the frustration because a PSL should always be filled to the brim. A spokesperson from Starbucks said to BuzzFeed News that they are "proud to serve our customers high-quality, handcrafted and customized beverages, and we inform customers of the likelihood of variations." They also said it was a lawsuit "without merit."

That's a latte of drama for just an under-filled latte!
