New Study Says Cheese Can Help You Lose Weight

A new Danish study, trying to figure out what has been going on with the French diet, has concluded that the consumption of cheese is making people thinner and healthier. 

Fifteen healthy young men participated in a full crossover study during which they consumed three isocaloric diets with similar fat contents that were either (i) high in milk, (ii) high in cheese with equal amounts of dairy calcium, or (iii) a control diet for 14 days.

Aarhus University researcher Hanne C. Bertram has surmised that the increased consumption of fermented milk (cheese) leads to increased levels of butyric acid, which causes reduced obesity and higher metabolism. 

Basically, in our terms, cheese goes in, science happens, and then you lose weight. I'll have 500 pizzas please.
