McDonald's is Making a Totally New Kind of Breakfast Sandwich

Lately McDonald's have been loving to switch things up at the fast food chain, including introducing all-day breakfast, but the Golden Arches hasn't stopped there with the changes, and is now testing out chicken with its morning meals.

Macca's new chicken sausage is currently in the testing phase as a healthier alternative to traditional pork sausage and has been spotted in a couple of locations across the US.

No word yet on when or if it will be introduced to NZ, so chicken lovers don't get too excited just yet. 

Though it might sound weird to some, we applaud McDonald's for looking into healthier alternatives.
