Euphoria season three might be cursed at this point…
Labrinth has announced he’s "done" with the music industry and he didn’t hold back when calling out his record label, Columbia Records, and the HBO series Euphoria.
In an explosive message posted from the Notes app on his phone and shared to Instagram, he wrote:
“I’M DONE WITH THIS INDUSTRY.
“F*** COLUMBIA. DOUBLE F*** EUPHORIA. I’M OUT. THANK YOU AND GOOD NIGHT X.”
Fans and celebrities quickly flooded the comments with support for the musician. Pop star Kesha wrote, “Take care of your peace, my love. You are loved and supported.”
“Euphoria won’t feel the same without your music,” one fan commented.
Others said the industry would be taking a major hit if Labrinth truly steps away.
Romy Mars, daughter of Oscar-winning director Sofia Coppola, also chimed in, writing, “The industry needs you.”
But Labrinth’s post has also sparked bigger questions about what may be happening behind the scenes on the Euphoria set. Fans noticed comments from the show’s season two nail artist, Natalie Minerva, who shared her frustrations about how she felt she had been treated.
This really strikes a chord with me because I did the nails for season 2. I know I am not owed any job or project ever, and I also am aware that projects creatively shift, and with that, different teams can be implemented,”
However, my nails were a large part of the ‘Euphoria’ season 2 beauty, and I pushed a ton of my own PR that I prepared toward Euphoria, which ultimately benefited the show.

The latest drama comes amid reports claiming that Zendaya has declined to do any promotional press alongside Sydney Sweeney.
With tensions seemingly building both on and off set, fans are now left wondering whether the upcoming season will even be worth watching and whether the crew behind the scenes is being treated fairly.
