Acne is never ideal. It's not fun when it takes over your whole body - including your back (bacne).

No one wants to be stuck wearing t-shirts or avoiding togs in summer.

And just know that no one is too famous for bacne. Reality TV star and model Kendall Jenner is apparently prone to bacne.

Here's what it's all about: the skin on your back has thousands more pores than your face and when dirt, sweat and all that other gross stuff get trapped there, you end up with pimples. They're generally hard to reach (who can get their hand back there easily!?) and therefore hard to treat.

Even if you've been doing everything right - like changing out of sweaty gym clothes straight away or showering daily, there might be a secret culprit to blame: your hair products.

On Jenner's website, she posted a video with her dermatologist, Christie Kidd, who said they way we wash our hair might be making our bacne worse!

Obviously most of us have a shower routine which includes shampooing our hair, applying conditioner and letting it sit while we wash the rest of our body. The problem with this is the last step...when you rinse your conditioner out, it slides down your back and that's when the oil can get trapped.

Kidd suggest a wash of the body after you rinse out your conditioner will help. She also suggests clipping your hair up as you use a loofah. This obviously works as Kendall is always seen looking flawless...!
