Alex Warren is officially entering a new era.
After a breakout year that saw him dominate charts around the world with hit singles like "Ordinary" and cement his place as one of pop music's fastest-rising stars, Alex has announced his next album, Wildchild. The singer revealed the project on social media, confirming that the album is set to arrive on August 28, 2026. Early reports indicate the record will feature 13 brand-new tracks, marking Warren's first major album release since 2025's You'll Be Alright, Kid.
The announcement comes at a pivotal moment in Warren's career. Over the past year, the California-born artist has transformed from social media personality into a global pop phenomenon. His smash hit "Ordinary" became one of the defining songs of 2025, while his debut album You'll Be Alright, Kid showcased the emotional storytelling and vulnerable songwriting that have become his trademarks.
While Warren has yet to reveal a full tracklist, fans are already speculating about the sound and themes of Wildchild. The title suggests a shift toward a bolder, more adventurous chapter, potentially building on the confidence and optimism that emerged throughout You'll Be Alright, Kid. With recent releases such as "Fever Dream" hinting at a fresh creative direction, anticipation for the new project is already growing across social media.
The album's release date also coincides with Alex's busy touring schedule. The singer is set to perform arena shows across Australia and New Zealand as part of his 2026 world tour, giving fans a chance to hear new music live shortly after the album arrives.
Wildchild arrives August 28, 2026.
