The iHeartRadio Music Festival is happening in Vegas this weekend!
This is the 15th time it’s been held and I swear it gets bigger and bigger every year. These are the 5 things I’m looking forward to most...
1. Ed Sheeran’s Aotearoa dress rehearsal
Hearing Ed Sheeran live is always incredible, and this will be the first chance to hear Ed play songs off his new album Play, which came out last Friday.PLUSit’s also one of the last showshe’sdoing before arriving here in NZ for five shows in January, so it might be a bit of a taster into what his Kiwi shows will be like!
2. MARIAH.FREAKIN’.CAREY.
It's not even Halloween yet but let’s be honest, we all secretly want Christmas vibes in September.‘All I Want For Christmas’ aside, this woman is a living legend and I'm already preparing myself for the goosebumps when she hits those whistle notes!
3. Country Kings
Tim McGraw, Jelly Roll and Bailey Zimmerman are a past and present of Country ICONS.Three different vibes, but all absolutely smashing their live shows right now.
4. Tate McRae
From the release of bops like ‘Sports Car’, ‘Revolving Door’ and ‘Just Keep Watching’ to her Miss Possessive World Tour (Plus breaking up with The Kid Laroi), Tate has had a hectic year so far.SoI’m excited to hear her on stage doing what she does best!
5. Surprise Cameos!!!!
This festival is famous for surprise appearances. In 2014 Ariana Grande brought out Childish Gambino, and on the same night, Ed Sheeran surprised us with Macklemore. Lorde brought out Khalidand Jack Antonoff in 2017, the same year that DJ Khaled had guest appearances from Demi Lovato, Quavo, French Montana, Chance the Rapper AND Travis Scott.I can’t wait to see who might pop up this year...
