You may have seen fan art of something along these lines (and it's awesome). We have also kinda seen the Rugrats "grown up" with the release of All Grown Up! but the little kiddies' images didn't really stray too far from their original design. 

And now Eric Molinksy - a storyboard artist who worked on the show from 1999 - 2002 and shown what he thinks they'd look like grown up.
