Terminally Ill Dad Leaves Stepdaughter With a Lifetime's Worth of Advice In One Heartwarming Letter

Before Tom Attwater lost his battle with brain cancer, he made sure to give his stepdaughter Kelli all the support she could ever need.

After he was diagnosed in 2012, the loving man began raising money to pay for Kelli's own cancer treatments. Doctors determined that she was suffering from neuroblastoma at the age of three months old and then relapsed three years later. To ensure that his stepdaughter had a long, healthy life ahead of her, Attwater tirelessly worked to raise over $750,000. Most importantly, he also left Kelli with an incredibly beautiful letter filled with advice on school, family, marriage, and on the importance of believing in herself.
