A photographer and artist has turned her parents' home into what might just be the coolest Halloween house ever.

Los Angeles woman Christine McConnell told BuzzFeed she spent about four 12-hour days creating her display which also lights up at night and is attracting loads of children wanting pictures in front of the house.

Built in the early 1900s, it's not the first time McConnell has decorated her parents' home. Two years ago she created a Nightmare Before Christmas theme.

While she no longer lives with her parents, she has helped with restoring the house and baked a miniature version of it.
