This Was Instagram's First Ever Post

Instagram turns six today. Six years of people taking photos of their fancy cafe French toast, six years of #Fitspo, and six years of hating your friend that's over in Europe and won't stop gramming. 

To celebrate the six wonderful years it's been, we're gonna show you the first ever post that was done on the site. We warn you, it's nothing to write home about. 

Instagram founder Kevin Systrom was the first, and he posted the picture below of his dog and his foot.

This very, very average image has 56.7K likes. Our selfies struggle to get 10, but a foot gets 56K?

And while the amount of likes it garnered might sound impressive, this photo of some garlic bread which Beyoncé took has almost ten times that number of likes:

It's understandable, cause well, who doesn't love garlic bread?!
