After days of cryptic clues that sent Swifties into full detective mode, Taylor revealed that her brand-new single 'Patient Zero' will be released on September 25.

The singer announced the track via her website and social channels, with pre-orders opening immediately for fans eager to get their hands on the release. 

As always, the announcement didn't come without a few Easter eggs.

Fans noticed Taylor had quietly replaced several letter "O"s with zeroes in her Instagram bio, while others decoded a series of mysterious phrases she delivered during a pre-recorded appearance connected to the Emmy Awards.

Knowing Taylor, literally anything is possible.
