Meet The Lady Who's Spent Over NZ$100k on 22 Fake Babies

68yo Christina Cotgrove has 22 dolls, but she treats them like real life babies.  

She's spent over 45 thousand pounds on them (about $106k NZ) and decks them out in outfits costing at least a couple hundy each.

The dolls are so realistic they're called 'reborns' and Christina's so dedicated that she bathes them, powders them...and even bottle-feeds them.  Er...as you would.

She takes them on outings too.  Christine says she took one to a theme park and and "a stranger came over to admire the doll but when I told her it wasn’t a real baby she ran away screaming."

Her husband's tolerant, but her own real-life kids, in their 30s and 40s, think the whole thing is 'creepy'.

Can't see why...lol.
