Man Fights Off Great White Shark - Real Or Fake??

It's the close encounter with a great white shark at Manly that has YouTube and social media lighting up.

But is it real?

Terry Tufferson’s sensational video, quickly gaining traction worldwide after being uploaded just yesterday, bills itself as a “close call with a great white shark in Sydney Harbour”.

The man in the footage straps a GoPro camera to his head as he prepares to leap from Manly’s notorious and popular Jump Rock off Collins Beach.

He straps a camera to himself and jumps into the water. A Great White Shark appears and he panics and manages to escape after a close call.
