A new study by The Journal of Family Psychology has found that sleep is one of the most ideal ways to improve your relationship. 

The study proved that the more sleep couples got the happier they were, and that the increase in sleep time improved areas like sex, affection and conflict resolution.

It was also found that men in particular felt less wound up by minor frustrations with more sleep!

Awww sleep, it really is a miracle worker isn't it!
