Ever had the infuriating sensation of someone cutting in line right in front of you?
This man in Russia did and felt the need to make her pay the 'line-cutter' tax. Watch as he helps himself to some notes in her purse.
He turned himself in to the police department, which fully admitted his guilt in the committed act after the video went viral and people from his local town of Yekaterinburg were able to identify him.
And for cutting in line? She got off without reprimand.
