A create-your-own sushi store just opened in NZ

Looking for a new lunch date sot for you and the girls? Well, we may have just found the perfect solution!

Cult Japanese-inspired artisan sushi store, Sushi Sushi, is coming to town, fit with its own 'create your own' sushi station!

The Create Your Own station allows customers to be the master of their own hand roll and choose from over 20 ingredients including pink beetroot rice and hot ingredients.

A sushi artisan will roll the hand roll right in front of your eyes, they will even fry the salt and pepper squid made to order resulting in a deliciously interesting hand roll.
