One writer for styleite decided to test what would happen if she told guys on Tinder she was on her period.

She just wanted to see how guys would react to a girl who probably wasn't down to get down.

She says:

"I recently decided to give the app some attention, but I quickly realized how flat-out blunt guys are on Tinder about wanting to hook up. It made me feel uncomfortable, and it got me brainstorming ways to make them feel uncomfortable, too, because this can’t be a one-way street."
