    As an award-winning master builder and director of ModLine Building, it was the ideal project for Mr Iggleden and his wife. “It was a really run down garage,” Ms Maddern said, “that’s all it was”. “We looked at it and said: ‘Wow we can really make something of this’ and it was perfect for us as it already had DA approval.”
