Alison Braun appeared on the weight loss show The Biggest Loser seven years ago and is now looking fitter than ever.
The Perth mother-of-three shared this throwback photo of a weigh-in on The Biggest Loser Australia from 2008, where she tipped the scales at 121.7kg.

The 42-year-old has posted an inspirational bikini selfie after treating herself to a holiday in Bali with her children.
“Yes I know a shameless selfie ... why? Because never did I think I would ever take a pic of me in a bikini in Bali,” Braun wrote on Facebook.
“I never wanted to come to Bali because at 122kg I never felt like I fitted in. I still can’t believe just how much life I missed out on.”

Braun has lost 64kg in total since her time on the show and revealed she had also had a breast augmentation.

She says she adheres to a strict diet and exercise regime to stay in shape.
“When I wake up at 4.50am, my routine is turn off alarm, take pre-trainer [supplement], have shower [and] put on gym clothes ... this is my clockwork routine everyday,” she posted on Facebook earlier this year.

Braun tragically lost her partner of 14 years, Robert, when he took his own life in November 2008 following a battle with depression. She went on to become an ambassador for the HelpMe campaign for Lifeline WA, working to help break down the stigma of mental illness, depression and suicide.
