57 years after she first hit the shelves, Barbie has had a more 'realistic' body-shape change.

Some speculate that pressure from competitors has caused Mattel to change Barbie's body shape to make her look more like, well, a real woman. Now Barbie can be tall, curvy or slim and comes with 7 different skin colours.
