Andrew Cremeans, grew up in the northern Tampa, Florida neighborhood where the 1990 film “Edward Scissorhands” was shot. Recently, Cremeans took a walk through his old neighborhood to hunt down locations from the movie.
“I couldn’t believe how small of a section the neighborhood was used, it seemed so huge in the movie,” he told Mashable. “It feels especially small when you are standing and looking down the street to the cul de sac the castle was on….I caught myself wondering many times if all these people know that their house was in the movie.”
Over five million trees now grow in the Pasco County subdivision, significantly altering the landscape. Cremeans’ mother was the film’s on-call doctor.
