💘 Makayla brought the love to ZM's Acoustic Corner! 💘

Hawke's Bay artist Makayla graced ZM's Acoustic Corner with a beautiful intimate rendition of her debut single, 'Nature of Love'. Released on Valentine's Day under Six60's Massive Records label, the track blends pop, soul, R&B, and reggae, exploring the complexities and challenges of love.

Makayla co-wrote the song at a songwriting camp in Mangawhai, collaborating with Six60, Nico and Vinz, and Matt Sadgrove from Sons of Zion. 🤩

She describes the song as highlighting "the different aspects of love and how it can be challenging," emphasising the importance of authenticity in relationships.
