It's Mental Health Awareness Week and what better time to reflect and check-in with yourself.

Georgia came across the WHO (World Health Organisation)well-being index that helps you self report on how you are garn. It asks you to consider the last two weeks and how you have been feeling, to determine your quality of life.

Rate the below questions from 5 - 0 in this scale: All of the time 5, Most of the time 4, More than half the time 3, less than half the time 2, some of the time 1, at no time 0.

  1. I have felt cheerful in good spirits
  2. I have felt calm and relaxed.
  3. I have felt active and vigorous.
  4. I woke up feeling fresh and rested.
  5. My daily life has been filled with things that interest me.

Scoring: The raw score is calculated by totaling the figures of the five answers. The raw score ranges from 0 to 25, 0 representing worst possible and 25 representing best possible quality of life.
