Doing this one thing during sex will make it more satisfying

Saying the three little words, ‘I love you’, during sex is most likely thing to make you and your partner feel satisfied.

A study has found that talking about love whilst in bed even beats out wearing sexy lingerie and foreplay to ensure you have a good time.

It found that some 74 per cent of satisfied women said ‘I love you’ whilst they had sex and 74 per cent of satisfied men did the same.

One of the largest of its kind to date, the study involved tens of thousands of responses or filled out an online survey. 

The results also showed that the more a couple communicates during sex, the more resulting satisfaction. 

Other things that the study showed to improve love making included; praising your partner for something they did in bed and asking your partner for something you want.

Another action that resulted in a good time in bed was talking on the phone or by email during the day, along with laughing about something funny that happened whilst making love.
