Of her hair, Sturdivant Drew told US Weekly that her inspiration was Washington’s baby bump. “I still wanted to keep her look modern and fresh even though she’s expecting. I really wanted the hair to stand out — that’s why I styled it with a lot of texture but still show her face with a middle part.”

Washington, mum of Isabelle, 2, with husband Nnamdi Asomugha, is currently filming the sixth season of Scandal, and stars as the brave and inspirational Anita Hill in Confirmation.
