Kourtney Kardashian has come under fire from comments on her Instagram post. She shared a photo of her daughter Penelope and a friend sitting atop her Mercedes G wagon, which was captioned with a lyric from a Kanye West song: "Mayonnaise-colored Benz, I push Miracle Whips."

Many followers criticised her for showing off her riches and compared it to when Kim Kardashian showed off her jewellery before she was then robbed in Paris.

One Instagram user pointed out (albeit rudely) how dangerous it was to be sharing photos like this on a social media site for all to see. "You lot deserve to get robbed haha f--k you all."

Other comments included:

"Until yo ass gets robbed too."

"Maybe all these pics trying to show off are the reasons you all keep getting robbed. I would never take pics of my cars, jewelry etc... looks desperate and not classy #newmoneyproblems#unfollowed#classless."

"Did you not learn a valuable lesson about displaying materialistic items???? So you basically just showed someone what kind of car you drive... I thought you were the smarter sister."

"Isn't showing off your crap how Kim got robbed to begin with… Just saying."

"Sister got robbed and here she is chuckin her babies in the mix."

"This is why you guys get robbed and break into , flashing wealth all over."

"Nothing is lovely, all this are material things, ask yourself how many good deeds have you done to the poor? but you can buy an expensive car."

Kourtney has not responded to the comments.
