Last night's episode of Married At First Sight NZ brought ALLLLL the drama.
By the end of the episode it had appeared that 2 out of 6 couples had already called it quits only a few days into the marriage.
But now a social media post by one of the grooms has brought into question whether the couple are actually over.
Last night saw Haydn Daniels and former Bachelor contestant Bel Clarke part ways before their honeymoon ended, the couple in a fully fledged cold war refusing to talk to each other after unexplained, ongoing friction.
Whilst it appeared that the marriage was over, Haydn has since taken to his Instagram to say that "it's not over til it's over".
He also thanked everyone for their support and asked people to be kind.
Alongside a photo of himself with his Mum, the caption said, "Wow what a crazy last 2 days. Overwhelming watching it all go to air to say the least. Thank you everyone for your support. Just remember try to be kind. Have some banter about it in good nature but leave the nasty comments out. No spoilers but it's not over till it's over. Spread some love and give someone a hug."
Earlier Bel and fellow MAFS contestant Lacey Swanepoel, whose marriage to former pro surfer Luke Cederman also appeared to hit the rocks in last night's episode, also turned to social media saying not everything shown was the whole truth or the real story.
"Remember cut, edit and paste is reality TVs best friend," posted Clarke with her new reality TV friend she calls her "wifey" adding the hashtag #thetruthalwayscomesout.
