Demi Lovato calls out those who gave media interviews about her rehab

Demi Lovato has been keeping things on the down low since leaving rehab recently, but she has taken a pause on her social media blackout to stick up for herself online.

After spending time at a drug rehabilitation centre, the singer has broken her social media silence to refute fans thinking they know all about her situation before slamming her former "true friends" who gave interviews about her during that time.

The drama started when a fan account of Demi criticised the singer for allegedly firing her longtime backup dancer Dani Vitale on Instagram.

"You have no idea what you're talking about."

She then followed that up with:

"True friends don't do interviews about you when you OD."

This drama links back to a post shared by Dani back in August when she denied rumours that she provided Demi with drugs.

We're not really sure what to think but we hope Demi is doing okay.
