Oh my gosh sooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!!! Two-year-old Kayden was born with a type of abdominal wall defect in which the intestines, liver and bladder remain outside the body. He had other issues too which meant his foot and leg had to be amputated. This is a vid of him walking by himself with the walker for the first time. "I got this, I got this"! CUTE!
