Michael Jackson Tributes
Thank you for all of your tributes that you've sent in to us...
I'm so bummed, I havent bloody slept since I found out. And then when I did, I had to pull over and ball me eyes out before I could drive home! Crikey its just mind blowing what a huge affect Michael's had on my life and my friends. We were MJ mad and always have been. Just love him and always will. My children also love him and they will pass on his awesomeness to their children. Im totally consumed and find it hard being here in NZ when it would be easier to be with others in the states and just cry it out. I don't know anyone who would have this affect on our world.
RIP MICHAEL JACKSON NOW MOONWALK IN HEAVEN. DONT STOP TIL YOU GET ENOUGH BUT DO YOU REMEMBER THE TIME WHEN THE GIRL WAS MINE? SHE WAS A PRETTY THING AND HER NAME WAS BILLY JEAN! YOU MIGHT WANNA BE STARTING SOMETHING BUT WE KNOW YOU'RE A SMOOTH CRIMINAL! WE WILL ALWAYS JAM AND ROCK WIT YOU! MAKE A THRILLER BUT NOT TOO BAD! NEVER QUITE KNEW IF YOU WERE BLACK OR WHITE BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE.RIP WE LOVE YOUXXX

I first heard the news from Polly & I havnt turned on my radio since. I havnt stopped crying at least once everyday. I felt so sorry for Michael Jackson & the way the world treated him when he always showed great human compassion & helped so much. People like Oprah may not be helping the poor if he hadnt of set an example for the world. If people where alot kinder to Michael Jackson while he was alive & said he was a good person & a genius at anything he does like they are now, he may not of had so many issues within himself that he had to turn to drugs to deal with them.
I didnt cry for Biggie or Pac at all but Michael Jackson has been with me all my life & I didnt think his death would have this much impact on me, or the world. I was so lucky to have seen him here live when he came, (which is now 1 of his last concerts ever). Awesome concert... Just as it was coming to a close I went out the gates & left before all the fireworks & end music was over to be lucky enough to be standing in the driveway waving to Michael Jackson as he drove past us leaving the concert & he looked straight at me with his sad eyes. I was so close to him I couldnt believe it & it made me feel more sorry for him looking into his sad eyes for real, but something I will never forget. He was a magic person with so much talent to share with the world, & look how the world treated him???

this is soooo sad…. so sad for his family, friends, charities and fans!!!
almost every song has a child hood memory for me whether it be my first album on Tape, or my first concert being Michael Jackson at Mt Smart Stadium!
I hope he is at peace, much love to his family and children.
RIP MJ - You are not alone!

Michael was my childhood hero. Despite all the lewd accusations and his weird behaviour, underneath it all was what may as well be our generations last legend. Who will EVER match the talent of Michael Jackson? Who could even begin to try? All we have left now are musicians who probably wouldn't even be where they are today had he not influenced them. I felt so blessed to even be alive at the same time as Michael Jackson, I looked up to him. I never gave a shit about what people had to say about him, I'm not retarded; I'm not blind, I could see he was clearly a f**king weirdo. Although i wished in my heart of hearts that I could see him dance one last time, not even in person, youtube would have been fine, anything; I knew it just was not going to eventuate. His heart was broken, he was broken. The entire world built him up, praised him like a god, and then tore him down, piece by piece. That poor man. I was never ashamed to say that I love Michael Jackson.

Hey everyone,
I still can’t believe this tragic news is real. Just over a week ago, I picked up a biography of Michael, which I wasn’t even looking for, but thought it would be a good read. I did not truly know what a hard life Michael lived when he was growing up – and indeed since he’s been a grown-up. When I heard the news this morning, I found it a bit spooky because I had been really appreciating Michael and watching interviews online etc, to find out more about him (even though I have loved him for some years now) and then I hear about this terrible news. Maybe someone was trying to tell me to enjoy him while he was still around? Life is strange and it always amazes me how, it seems, truly good people die young. Also my thoughts go out to his children – possibly the most important people in his life. At least, now, wherever he is, he will be happy and accepted and hopefully he won’t be lonely anymore, which I read he felt regularly.
This world was blessed to have known such a great man.
Keep on rocking, Michael.

There are no words that can describe what has happened today, history has now been made with the lost of what seems to be the last ever icon.
Icons are never created they are made, Michael Jackson made himself what he is and will be forever the "KING OF POP".
You have to wonder how a great human who had gone through so much, from his childhood to his fast paced success during the 1980's. Sure his ways were not usual to us but nevertheless it seems to me that all he wanted to have by his world wide audience was to have him be successful.
We all have demons its just that for Michael Jackson his was put under a harsh microscope which he was scrutinized for. He is legacy, his music, his work will live forever and is now more than the person, which is what he would have liked. He has helped and influenced many people not only those in the industry that he loved but ordinary people, I'm sure that was all he wanted his work to do.
Michael Jackson is a LEGEND and will never be forgotten.
May he Rest in Peace.
Condolences and Blessings to his family.
