Woman Ends Up With FOUR Eyebrows After New 'Brows Tattooed In Wrong Place

20-year-old Tyne was left with four eyebrows after getting permanent brows tattooed in the wrong place. 

Like many of us, Tyne over-plucked her eyebrows and at just 15, she tried to fix the problem by getting the tattoos.

However, she got the permanent makeup done at a time when she was still growing (and before the legal age of 18). And, when her natural eyebrows started to grow back, she realised the tattoos were in the wrong place, leaving her with a double brow.

‘My eyebrows are horrendous,’ she says on the latest episode of Channel 4’s Bodyshockers. ‘I have my natural set and then tattooed eyebrows above.

‘One is higher and thicker than the other, one is thicker, one is thinner. I am stuck with four eyebrows. They are the biggest mistake I have ever done in my life. I am willing to go through anything to get a natural look.’

She started plucking at just 10.

When she first had the permanent makeup done at 15, Tyne loved having her eyebrows back. ‘At first I loved them, it was the answer to my prayers. I thought that was it, I wouldn’t have to worry ever again,’ she recalls.

But, she was still growing and, two years later, her natural brows had grown back underneath the tattooed set. ‘That was when I realised my tattooed eyebrows were in completely the wrong place,’ she explains.

She spends around two hours a day hiding her double brow and can never go out in public without makeup on. 

She is now undergoing laser removal surgery to break down the pigmentation in her tattooed brows, so that they eventually disappear.

‘I will be glad to see the back of my double eyebrows. I will go through whatever I need to do remove them,’ she said.
