How To Buy Music With ZM

We love music here at ZM - so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to buy your favourite songs that you hear on the radio!!

How can I buy?
To buy songs or albums from artists you've heard on ZM:

1) click the "Buy on iTunes" button in the Listen Live bar across the top of the site or next to the song name in the On Air box. This will open a search results page which will give you the option of either purchasing the song or the full album.

Click the option of either the song or the album. This will launch the iTunes application which will take you through the purchasing process.

It says there isn't anything available in the iTunes store?
Sometimes this can happen - iTunes has a HUGE library but they're still building their music store and sometimes they don't have the song you might be after!

How do I get iTunes? Will it work on my computer?
It is a free download from www.apple.com/itunes/download/. iTunes can be used on Windows XP/Vista and on Macintosh computers.

Is it secure to buy from ZM?
The actual purchase doesn't take place on the ZM site - it is taken care of by secure servers through the iTunes Store. The full iTunes Store policies can be viewed HERE

How can I get technical help with playing or downloading the songs I've purchased?
It is best in this case to contact iTunes directly as they will be able to help you with your question directly.
